How To Order

Here is a guide on how to place an order on the Silky Systems Marketplace using the ecommerce system.

Step-by-Step Guide to Place an Order​

  1. Find Your Product:​

    • Go to the Silky Systems Marketplace website.
    • Use the search bar at the top to type in what you're looking for, or browse through the categories to find your desired product.

  2. Product Page:​

    • Once you find the product, click on it to go to the product details page.

  3. Select Quantity:​

    • On the product details page, you will see the price and product description.
    • To choose how many you want to buy, click on the "+" or "-" next to 'Quantity' to increase or decrease the amount.

  4. Add to Cart:​

    • After selecting the quantity, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button to place the item in your shopping cart.

  5. Review Your Cart:​

    • To view the items in your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
    • You will see a page like the second image you provided, where you can review all the items you've selected.

  6. Update Quantity or Remove Items:​

    • If you need to change the quantity of an item in your cart, click the "+" or "-" next to the item's quantity.
    • To remove an item, click on the 'X' or a similar button next to the item.

  7. Proceed to Checkout:​

    • Once you're ready to buy, click on the 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button.
    • If you need to change the shipping address, click on 'Change Address' and enter the new information.

  8. Finalize Your Purchase:​

    • Fill in your payment details on the checkout page.
    • Confirm all the details are correct, and click on the button to finalize your purchase (the button might say 'Place Order', 'Confirm', or something similar).

  9. Confirmation:​

    • After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation message on the screen and possibly an email confirmation with your order details.

Remember to double-check your order details and address before confirming your purchase. If you have any promo codes or vouchers, make sure to apply them during the checkout process to take advantage of any discounts. Enjoy shopping!
